This Nutrition Workshop is all about general healthy eating. Find out, from a registered Nutritional Therapist, what the cornerstones of a healthy diet are. Get the answers to confusing conundrums such as how much carbohydrate you should be eating, what fats and oils you should cook with and whether you should be eating milk, dairy foods and meat – or be vegan.
You will leave with a good understanding of the foods to eat and to avoid, plus some of Bean’s best recipes and book recommendations.
