Children’s Hospice South West provide respite and short breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at three wonderful children’s hospices; Charlton Farm in Somerset, Little Bridge House in Devon and Little Harbour in Cornwall. By joining us at this event, you will be helping local children with life limiting conditions and their families. ere is no better gift than the gift of goodwill. Help us to make the most of short and precious lives this Christmas.
