Bruton Community Library
September 30 @ 2:14 pm

Bruton Community Library is a Community Library Partnership run in conjunction with Somerset Libraries. We are staffed by volunteers from the local community with the support of a County Librarian.
Our lovely library is in the centre of our Community at the end of the High Street. Our wonderful volunteers have taken over running the library in order to provide our town with all the vital services libraries can offer and more!
We have our own excellent Bruton Library stock, including a good local section and a very good children’s book collection. In addition to that we have access to the huge catalogue held by Libraries West (www.librarieswest.org.uk). This includes ordering in books, CDs, DVDs and access to e-magazines and audio books, just ask your friendly librarian for help and information.
We also have access to computers, wi-fi and printing and can usually help with general local information.
We have a lively and popular Rhyme Time for babies and pre-school children every Friday morning at 10.30 am, which is a free drop in session open to all. The Library regularly arrange events, talks and demonstrations for both children and adults which will be advertised locally .
Membership is free and open to anyone who lives in the UK. You can join in person at the library or by following this link: https://bit.ly/2NdoNNU
