Melodie Mayne Illustrations for the Bach music essences

Music Essences, a project created by Violinist and healer Katalin Kertesz, harnesses the power of J. S. Bach’s music for healing, and was the inspiration for artist Melodie Mayne to create 32 accompanying images. A journey together over four years exploring the healing benefits of the essences, resulted in an image for each essence, as a visual element contributing to this discovery of the deeper layers of the self.
This is the second time Melodie has exhibited in Casespace.

We would like to invite you to an exhibition of Melodie’s paintings, (opening evening on the 3rd February at 5.30) and also to an informal talk ( at 5.30 on the 27th of February) when Katalin will be introducing some of her essences and playing violin music (by J. S. Bach).
